I’ve got a paid account with GetEmail.io, but right now I can’t get into it. I reached out to the company, and the reply I got was just ridiculous:

Hey there, this is Peter, your account manager at GetEmail.io. Hope you’re doing alright.
I noticed you have another account with a paid subscription that you’ve paused for now.
You’ve got 8010 unused credits, and you can swap your email address.
How about you fork over $670.32 to grab 3600 credits on top of what you already have? All these credits will be good for you for the next year.
Not only will you get those extra 3,600 credits, but you can also use all the credits you’ve got within a year.
Sounds like a win-win deal just for you.

Honestly, shelling out $670.32 for something I’ve already paid for just doesn’t add up. I haven’t heard back from them since.

My account got suspended because I used a company email linked to an existing account. Even though I’m a freelancer juggling multiple clients, they’ve chosen not to assist me and will only reactivate my account if I cough up their outrageous monthly fees. The employee handling my situation went silent after I showed I hadn’t violated any rules and was still good to go with my account. It’s basically a scam and the customer service is just awful from getemail. Do yourself a favor and check out other email finder tools out there. And just a heads up, they’ll bombard you with calls and emails once they have your info. What a disgraceful company.

Getemail.io is a nightmare. The software is super buggy, and the Chrome extension not only crashes the page all the time but also freezes up, using email search credits when it shouldn’t. Plus, you can look for contacts in one tab and it’ll say no details found (using a credit), but then you try in another tab and boom, there’s the info! This company is really unethical, and their customer support is just awful. I wouldn’t suggest giving them any of your personal info since their sales tactics are really spammy. Seriously, don’t hand over your payment card details because they’ll take your money even if you cancel. Steer clear of these frauds like the plague. You should check out Apollo.io instead!

This service is really spammy. My job involves hunting down emails, so I gave the free option a shot. It’s not the best, but it did help me uncover a few emails that I couldn’t track down through five other methods. Now, they’ve started ringing me at work, trying to push me into upgrading to a paid plan. They’ve called a handful of times. I just don’t have the bandwidth to deal with their calls, so I’ve blocked them on my work phone. To make matters worse, they’ve begun bombarding me with emails too. I’ve told them to stop reaching out since our company already has a subscription with a different (way better and more sophisticated) database that usually has the latest emails. I’ve only used getemail.io on a rare occasion and haven’t touched it in quite a while.

Absolutely terrible, pushy sales methods. They keep bombarding me with annoying emails and calls several times a day, even after I’ve made it clear I’m not interested. I’ve requested multiple times to be taken off their list, but they still reach out every single day. Honestly, even if I were in need of a service like this, I would NEVER consider them because of their shady tactics. STAY AWAY!

I'm really fed up with all these spam calls and emails. I've had at least 8 persistent calls from a couple of different salespeople. I managed to shake them off after making it clear that I'm not interested, never will be, and I'm quite happy with my current subscription from a leading company in the field. Then, they started bombarding me with spam emails signed by 'Gabriel CIAN / Co-founder GetEmail.io'. The worst part? There's no way to opt-out of these irritating emails. I wasn't keen on their overpriced and ineffective product after the trial, but now I genuinely can't stand them and will speak out against them wherever I can. That's it!

I let my contract lapse by just a day and was informed that they wouldn’t restore my 4000 credits even if I decided to renew. Instead, they pushed me to buy a long-term contract for fewer credits. It’s a pretty childish way to do business and they’re not open to helping out. The managers just hide behind their emails.

I signed up and got an email from Gabriel Cian. Before I even had a moment to check it out, another email popped up. This one said, 'Since you didn’t bother to reply to my email, I’m guessing you’re done with my services.' The whole thing was filled with that same passive-aggressive tone. After getting an email like that, I’m not really interested now, and I doubt I will be in the future.

This thing is totally pointless. It just randomly guesses your email address, and if you don’t spend all your credits in a month, they just stack up. I attempted to pause my subscription since I had enough credits, but you can only use them if you keep paying for the subscription. STAY AWAY, seriously.

horrible customer support. I registered to receive an email. didn’t assist, had issues with the interface, won’t respond to my inquiries and just bombard me with spam emails while ignoring my responses. save yourself the hassle.

This site is super quick! I found most of the leads in no time. It's one of those places where you can easily track down emails via LinkedIn.

I rely on GetEmail at least once a month whenever I gotta track down an email (usually to catch the eye of someone above the call center level). I access it either through the website or via my LinkedIn profile.

It's a fantastic tool, and I definitely suggest giving it a try.

This really aids in starting those initial contacts and discovering the right folks.
